Hi I'm Lizzie! I make videos about Christianity, Bipolar Disorder, my life as a mom and wife, relationship advice and being a vegan.

I’ve been making YouTube videos since 2010 (for the past 15 years!) and it has been amazing growing up on YouTube.

My channel has gone through so many eras as my life has changed and I've developed as a person.

I was a Philosophy major in college and did missionary work in Thailand during my summers as a student.

I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder at the end of college. Grappling with my diagnosis and learning as much as possible has created over 100 videos on mental health.

My conversion into Catholicism in 2018 created hundreds of videos on my faith journey.

I got married in 2022 & became a mom in 2024.
