Drifter is a small-batch custom coachbuilder. We don't work from templates. We work from conversations.

Each coach begins the same way — with a question: How do you actually travel?

From there, our Production Designer, Interior Designer, and Master Builders develop structure, systems, cabinetry, and interior together as one composition. This is the Drifter Coachcraft Standard — a design-led approach where nothing reaches the production floor until every decision has been made with intention.

In 2026, we're commissioning just 24 coaches. This is the Primara Collection.

Owners work directly with our team throughout the process. Through Owner Studio, they follow their coach as it moves through each stage — with milestones and photo updates along the way.

What we build isn't a conversion. It's a numbered, commissioned custom coach — designed around how you live, not how the industry says you should.
