Born and raised in East London, deriving of Egyptian heritage. J2 provides conscious lyricism with influence from all over the globe. Growing up in the heart of the music scene and with so much influence around him, has left J2 equipped and well on his way to a prosperous career - leaving the possibilities to be endless.

His ability to convey a story in his lyrics as well as providing an endless flow and undoubtable lyrical ability is the reason he is on the rise and through releasing his work to the world, aims to connect to the audience and break the fourth wall between the artist and the listener.
