I LOVE Step Aerobics ! In fact I have been doing this awesome heart pumping, fat burning, endorphin pinging, brain stimulating cardio workout for over 25 years (eeek..... I'm showing my age). It's literally the only form of exercise I have been able to stick to throughout my life. 🌈
